Do not crop the quiet zone
The empty border is part of the code’s readability. Decorative leaves, text or borders should not enter it.
Size for the real distance
A table card can be smaller because guests are close. A welcome sign must be substantially larger and should still be supplemented at tables.
Test the final artifact
Scan the printed piece in venue-like light from iPhone and Android devices. A PDF preview is not proof that paper works.
