Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Wedding Pics paid plans are one-time purchases for one event. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Moving to a higher plan costs only the difference between your current plan and the new plan.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may normally cancel a paid plan within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Other countries may provide similar or stronger rights. To cancel, email support@thewedding.pics from the address used for your The Wedding Pics account and include the event name.

At checkout, you can ask us to activate paid features immediately rather than waiting until the 14-day period ends. If you then cancel during that period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the part of the service already supplied. We will consider paid-feature use, guest uploads, storage and time elapsed, and we will explain any deduction.

We do not normally refund a change of mind after the cancellation period. We may still offer a discretionary refund when an event is cancelled and the paid service has not been materially used. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where the service is faulty, unavailable, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after we agree that a refund is due. Banks and card providers may take additional time to display the credit. We do not charge a refund fee.

A full refund ends the refunded paid entitlement. Your event returns to the highest other paid plan on the account, or the Free plan if none remains. We do not shorten a storage deadline that was already displayed solely because of a refund, but feature and upload limits of the resulting plan apply. You can delete the event or your account separately.
