Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for event links, PINs and activity under your account. Guest upload does not require an account.

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant The Wedding Pics the limited permission needed to store, process, display and export it for your event. You must have the right to collect and share the content and should tell guests how the album will be used.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing or malicious content; probe private events; evade security controls; or interfere with the service. We may disable an event to protect guests, customers or the platform.

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a single event. Limits, upload windows and storage periods are shown before checkout. Paid features activate only after Stripe confirms payment. Plan upgrades cost the difference between the current plan and the new plan. There are no automatic renewals.

Our refund and cancellation policy explains the 14-day cancellation period, immediate activation, refunds after service has started, and remedies when the service is faulty. That policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We operate the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Couples should download important originals before their storage period ends and keep independent copies of irreplaceable media.

You may stop using The Wedding Pics or request deletion from account settings. We may suspend use that violates these terms. Sections concerning payments, content rights already exercised, liability and disputes survive termination where necessary.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, The Wedding Pics is not responsible for indirect loss, guest conduct or content supplied by users, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected event.
